Shipping Information

Once you place your order, there is generally somebody working on it for you within a few minutes, as we pack orders throughout the day. Our UPS service collects our orders mid-morning, so if you wish to have your item shipped quickly, please place your order the night before or before 9 am for the most efficient picking, packing and shipping service.

Brexit and UK orders - As of January 1st 2021, there may be local customs and taxes applied to your order upon receipt. These are paid by you, the customer and are determined by your own local government. You will be advised by your provider upon arrival. There are also occasional delays to UK deliveries due to these new customs procedures. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and urge you to order early if in a rush for an item. 

Orders to the USA are subject to customs & local duties on orders over 100 dollars.

All our shipping rates are a flat rate, meaning you can select as much or as little as you like for that shipping fee.

Our standard domestic shipping rate in Ireland is €6 on all orders under €200 and free on orders over €200. Upon shipping, you will receive a tracking number with your order.  Domestic Orders are sent with UPS & An Post.

UK orders are sent tracked with An Post and cost €12

European orders are sent tracked with UPS or An Post and cost €12

USA & Canada & rest of World orders are sent with An Post, are tracked and cost €25

Please note we cannot take responsibility for missing items sent to PO Boxes. These are shipped at your own risk.

If an item is out of stock, we will get in touch immediately to let you know. Your card will not be charged, and the order will be cancelled. For this reason, please ensure that you provide valid contact details when placing your order.
